    Good afternoon Ashley!

    I hope this comment finds you well, I wanted to reach out and see if you were still having trouble getting logged into your account. I would like to let you know that yesterday we were experiencing a site latency that was causing login issues for all of our clients.

    That has now been resolved and you should be good to go. If your logging in through a desktop machine, please make sure that you clear out the cookies and cache in your browser, since we did have to update the code to resolve the issue. If for some reason you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know and we will be more then happy to continue assisting you.
