First add a place to link a job code to a specific curricula in Schoox. For example, a server job code should complete a server training curricula to be eligible to work as a server.
Then Post a badge on the schedule (see below) that indicates completion. Possibly make it be grayed out until they pass the curricula with the approved score. This way as a manager writing the schedule can see specifically which employees are up to date on their training. Training is an ongoing beast. It never stops so having to go to schoox every week to dig through each employee is not realistic.
