As a manager, it would be very helpful if you either added a tab for the staff schedule chart report or simply added it to the bottom of the proforma tab when the date range was set to a single day (perfect world). When we look at our labor and labor percents and we see something is too high, the very first thing any manager wants to know is 'What employee caused that?' Save us some time and put that information in the same place, please.
ps. It would be awesome if the bars on the report changed to red or orange to indicate employees were in overtime. See the screen shot below. if those three employees were getting into overtime, their bars would change to red at that point.
