    Hi Joe,

While you can create a template for only one day, it would cause you to manually create the rest of the schedule. At this time, you are only able to apply one template per week, per schedule. We have submitted this as an enhancement to be able to apply more than one to our product team. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to email customercare@hotschedules.com

    Thanks!

    Hello, there -

You can in fact create a template for one day. When building your template, you can create the shift that you like and choose the "Not Scheduled" option for the other days.

Please let us know if you have additional questions!

    Hi Denise -

Is there any way that the daily templates can be applied to the same week? If I make a template for Sunday, and another for Monday, and so forth - I can only apply one day's template. After that, I don't get the option to apply a template to a week that already has a day scheduled...Is there any way to do this?

    Hi Joe,

Unfortunately only one template can be applied to a schedule. If you are needing a template that affects multiple days, I would create a template that would affect the days of the week you are needing to create a schedule for. I will include an article I think will be helpful, but if you would like please contact us at 877-720-8578 and we would be more than happy to assist you over the phone.
