This doesn't work right:
As a manager, I just need to know that an employee wants a range of say 20 (min) to 25 (max). When you split it up between AM and PM you can't set warnings up. And honestly, that is not how employees think about their work week when you ask that question. They are just thinking about a total.
Once you fix that then connect a warning (see below) on the scheduler that tells me when the employee's schedule is out of the range. If I don't want warnings on the min, then leave it set at zero.
