How can I see all unpaid holiday for the restaurants

If you are searching for a report that shows unpaid holiday days across all locations, the Holiday Status report should show you what you need. HR > Reports > View Reports > Holiday Status

You can search by All Locations and define a "date from" and "date to" to search. If you download as a csv. file you can then filter the data by Paid or Unpaid days.
