RTW Checks (Outside of EU)

When carrying out RTW checks, we can use just a share code as proof of right to work.  When entering in Fourth, its fine for EU citizens under the settlement scheme, but are finding that with other nationalities, we don’t have an option to input the share code as proof.

For example, for Nigerian Nationalities, I have input an additional proof type as “Non EU Share Code”  but it doesn’t follow the same format as when inputting for an EU citizen.  Do you know how this can be fixed?  Share codes are now the standard for proof of RTW.

  Thanks for your question. Unfortunately after some testing we have found share codes for citizens outside of the EU do not currently follow the same format. Please raise this as an idea for our product team!
