As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing proactive maintenance to the database tier that underpins the Recipe & Menu Engineering (RME) platform.
Scheduled maintenance windows are:
- APAC – Wednesday 12th October 2022 11:00 – 16:00 BST
- NA – Thursday 13th October 2022 02:00 – 07:00 BST
- EMEA – Tuesday 18th October 2022 18:00 – 00:00 BST
Impact during the maintenance windows stated above:
- The RME application, including RME APIs, will be unavailable during the downtime.
- Due to the risk to import data integrity, please refrain from using the RME Import APIs in the 24 hours prior to the migration window stated
