Overview
Easy Apply allows applicants who have created a Snagajob profile to apply for jobs posted in the Snagajob marketplace, using that profile.
If an applicant uses Easy Apply, their profile will be used in the initial screening process before the manager emails a full application for them to complete.
Setting up Easy Apply
These steps will need to be carried out by a customer admin.
- To access the Easy Apply settings, go to Settings > Company Settings > Job Boards

An Easy Apply tab will be available on the Job Board Settings page.
To set up a specific job posting for Easy Apply, follow the steps below.
- Select Easy Apply and then Add New

- Select a Location and the Jobs to enable Easy Apply for
- Select the questions that will appear for applicants
- Then Save

A confirmation message will appear and then any jobs enabled for Easy Apply will display in the table with a status of 'Successful' (changes from 'Pending' immediately after saving).
Viewing Easy Apply Applicants
For a manager to view applicants who have used Easy Apply:
- Log in to the relevant Administrator workspace and select Recruiting from the left-side menu
Any applicants who have used Easy Apply will have the 'Screening' tag (see Fig.4) against them. The quick view of the applicant will also be available in the drop-down on the right, as with usual job applications.
Once the screening is received, PeopleMatter will email the applicant with a link to complete a full application.
