Managers and Administrators can send an email to an applicant or candidate from two places:
- From the Applicant Tracking Workspace using Quickview, or
- From the Applicant's or Candidate's Record.
To send an email from Quickview:
- Click WorkSpaces.
- Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
- Click Applicants or Candidates.
- Hover over the Applicant's or Candidate's Name for Quickview to appear.
- Click Quickview.
- The application will appear with the individual's Contact Info. Click the email address to open an email to the individual.
To send an email from the Applicant's Record:
- Click WorkSpaces.
- Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
- Click Applicants or Candidates.
- Click on the Applicant's or Candidate's Name to open the record.
- Click the email address to open an email to the individual.
