Yes. You can edit any shift that has not started yet.
In order to edit a schedule, the schedule must first be in Edit form.
- Next to the position, click Edit.
- The schedule will display in Edit form.
After making any edits to the schedule, remember to republish the schedule changes so your Team Members can be notified of any updates.
When editing a schedule, PeopleMatter will not allow you to click the Publish button if there are no employees assigned to shifts under that position.
For the current schedule, you will still see the position title listed if all employees are removed, however, the position title will not appear on the next schedule, unless an employee is assigned shifts for this position.
Please note, Schedules cannot be deleted or removed from the system.
