Hiring Manager: Onboarding: Types of Email Notifications that Applicants Receive

Here are the following email notification types that an applicant can receive:

Application Notification:

• Email is sent from info@snagajob.com
• This email goes to the applicant once they have submitted their online application

Interview Notification: 

• Email is sent from info@snagajob.com
• This email is sent to an applicant who is scheduled for an interview by the manager using the Interview tab.

Decline Notification (if Decline Email is enabled):

• Email is sent from applications@t.snagajob.com
• This email is sent to an applicant who is declined either automatically (Auto Decline setting enabled) or by the manager.

Note: Decline Email notifications can be sent in one of the following options: 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after an applicant has been declined. If you would like to enable/disable this feature, please submit a request to Support here.
