If your organization uses Background Checks with Sterling, you can bill background checks to the specific locations that ordered them. This helps keep your finances in order and appropriated correctly.
Location information will appear on Sterling invoices and allow your organization's accounting team to bill each location for all of the background reports it ordered. Smart logic identifies the correct billing location if possible, or lets your administrator choose the billing location and pass it along to Sterling.
If the candidate or employee is associated with two locations and the background check is being run by an administrator with authorization at both locations, the administrator needs to choose which location should be billed.
