Under HIRE, the Availability section allows the Administrator to configure shifts that applicants can use on the job application to indicate their availability. Managers can also filter applicants based on the shifts.
To access Availability at any time, follow this path: Settings → Select your organization → HIRE/Availabilities.
To edit the days you are open:
- Click Edit Days Open.
- Click to indicate which days you are open. The day will appear in orange if marked.
- Click Save.
To add or edit availabilities:
You may use the default shifts provided by PeopleMatter or customize the shifts to meet your needs. Availability is based on the time of day and day of the week.
- Click Add New or click on the name of the existing shift to edit.
- Enter Name.
- Indicate Start Time and End Time.
- Click to indicate which days available. The day will appear in orange if marked.
- At the top of the form, notice that you can create a Spanish version of the Availability. Important: PeopleMatter will not translate this information for you; you will need to enter the text in Spanish if you choose to use this feature.
- Click Save.
