There is a feed from KFC each day that sends the access over to PeopleMatter. If you change someone's access in PeopleMatter, it will get reverted back each day from the KFC feed since it is not accurate in YumLink. Below are the steps to how a KFC manager complete this in YumLink:
1. Navigate to teamkfc.yum.com
2. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the page
3. You should see YumLink from this menu – please click on that
4. Next, click on the Manage Users tab
5. Now search for each individual user you are needing to update the access to
6. Click on the Manage dropdown, and from here, click on Services
7. Find the Hiring Zone option
8. Set the user’s access role from here. Below are roles for KFC admins:
