Hiring Manager: Onboarding: E-Verify Training Module

This article will provide additional insights on E-Verify Training Module.

If your account is set to process E-Verify Cases, when a new User has been added to the system, they will automatically see a Blue Banner that will inform them to Start their E-Verify Module


Note: Please keep in mind that the new User will not be able to initiate, correct, and/or close E-Verify Cases until they have completed and passed the E-Verify Module.

Please have the User click on 'Start Now' from the blue E-Verify Banner and they will be greeted to the following screen:

They will need to click on 'Start Training' and will then be redirected to the E-Verify Module

Please have them click on 'Start' again to initiate the Module.

Note: The E-Verify Module will roughly take around 20-30 minutes to complete. There are 9 reading sections and 1 Knowledge Test. The minimum passing score for the Knowledge Test is 70%. If the score is lower than 70%, the User will need to complete their Knowledge Test again. 

Once the User has completed and passed their module, simply click on their name located on the top right of the screen, then 'Log Out'

This will redirect the User back to their dashboard.
