The trade shift function is kinda annoying, it’s only target based rather than open accept, meaning I have to find someone who doesn’t work the same day as me, figure out if they are even available to trade shifts with me, then send one invite which can easily be declined so I have to do the whole thing all over again.

    Hi Josiah,

Thanks for that feedback. We're working on some new things around swaps and releases. Specifically, you will be able to give your shift to anyone without anything in return (which is really what swaps are all about). We hope to have that work out in the first half of the year in 2024.

When I try to pick up a shift it says internal server error, is there a way to get around this? I need to pick a shift up in the next couple hours

Hi Hunter, can you provide a bit more information. Mostly the location you work in and what shift you're wanting to pickup?

Of course! I work at raising canes C0641 - triple crown. One of my co workers asked me to take the last hour of there shift from 9pm - 10pm for today I was trying to pick that up

Hi Hunter, unfortunately, I don't see anything that would cause you to not be able to pick this up on your own. It does not violate Kentucky's minor working restrictions and you share the same job and labor position as your co worker. I'll pass this on to our support team but it won't be resolved prior to that shift this evening. The only recommendation I have is for the manager to adjust your coworkers shift to end an hour earlier and yours to end an hour later. Apologies this isn't working for you!
