Overview
To set up your HotSchedules account, you will be provided with either a Welcome Email or a Welcome Sheet by your manager.
This article shows how to set up your account if you have received a Welcome Email.
If you have received a Welcome Sheet instead, please view this article.
If you have not received either of these, please direct your manager to HS: Managers' Guide to Welcome Email and Welcome Sheet.
Process
Once the account has been created you will receive two emails from no-reply@hotschedules.com. The first will request to confirm the email address. The second will be the Welcome Email.
- Open the Welcome Email and select the Create Your Profile button

The browser will open a new tab and direct to the setup page with the email address pre-populated
- Enter the required information for each field
- Select CREATE YOUR PROFILE

Each field will display a checkmark icon once it meets the necessary requirements. The CREATE YOUR PROFILE button will not be selectable if any of the fields do not meet the requirements.
- Accept the User Agreement

- Once the user agreement is accepted, the Home page will display
