Overview
If you have forgotten or misplaced your HotSchedules login information, there are a few options for retrieving it.
Instructions in this article are for Global Profile users who have previously logged in to HotSchedules. If you have never logged in before, contact your manager and refer them to this article.
If you have tried unsuccessfully to reset your own username or password, contact your manager and ask them to follow the instructions in this article.
Important Information
During the HotSchedules setup process, you will have been given the option to attach and confirm an email address for your account. Learn how to confirm your email address here.
An attached email address refers to the email that is linked to your account.
A confirmed email address is one where the user has followed the link emailed to that address and confirmed it. If you need to receive a confirmation email, please contact your manager who can resend one.
If the email address is attached to your account and confirmed, you may retrieve your username and password yourself by following the steps below.
Process
- Go to the Global Profile login screen - https://secure.na1.fourth.com - as shown in Fig.1

Retrieve Login Information
- Forgotten username? - You must know the email address set against the user profile. If there is none, contact your manager
- Forgotten password? - You must know your username
- Forgotten both? - Contact your manager and point them towards this article
Keep in mind that your email address must be currently attached and confirmed to your account in order for the system to provide the username or send a reset password link. If the email address you enter is not attached to any account, the system will not be able to locate your information. This email address must be confirmed for retrieval to be successful.
Resetting your Password
- Go to https://secure.na1.fourth.com/
- Locate the following Forgot username or password links, select the Password link

- Enter your Username
- Then select SEND RESET LINK

The username will be an email address, so ensure you are entering the username in this format when making the request.
- A prompt will display stating, Check Your Email. If your username exists, you will be sent an email to reset your password. Select RETURN TO LOGIN

- Log in to your email account and locate the reset password message. Select RESET PASSWORD

- The browser will open a new tab, type a new password in the Choose a Password field
- Retype the new password in the Confirm Password field
- Select SUBMIT

The SUBMIT button will not be selectable until the new password meets the requirements and matches between both fields.
- Once the password has been reset, the browser will direct you to the login screen

Recovering your Username
- Go to https://secure.na1.fourth.com/
- Locate the following Forgot username or password links, select the Username link

- Enter your Email address
- Then select SEND EMAIL

- A prompt will display stating, Check Your Email. If your email address matches an active username, you will be sent an email with your username details. Select RETURN TO LOGIN

- Log in to your email account and locate the recover username message. It will display the username for your account
- Select LOG IN WITH GLOBAL PROFILE

- The browser will direct you to the login screen

Ok
I can't get into HotSchedules app I have already reset it eight times and still cannot get into the app
