WFM - Payroll Troubleshooting - Payrun Preview Error - "The window for previewing employee's payroll is currently unavailable"

Overview

This article provides guidance on resolving a common error message encountered when attempting to run the payroll preview

Error Message

When trying to pull the preview, you will be presented with the error - "The window for previewing employee's payroll is currently unavailable" (see Fig.1).

Resolution

This issue is caused by the web browser blocking pop-ups, which prevents the window from opening.

• To check this, look at the address bar (URL) for a pop-up blocker icon (see Fig.2).

• To resolve the issue, select the icon in the address bar and select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://www.fourthhospitality.com (see Fig.3)

After completing the necessary steps, you should be able to run the preview without any issues.
