To consolidate company settings configuration, The Covid-19 Health Survey settings have been moved to the Company Settings page in the Above Store Console.
Above Store Console Settings Editor: Add View Shift Notes on My Schedule
This added configuration option within the Company Settings in the Above Store Console allows the ability to display or hide shift notes on the My Schedule view.
Above Store Console Data Exports: Select List of Groups
The Data Exports page has been updated with an optional Group selection. Now, when selecting how to Export data, the selection of Group and Company Hierarchy will be available to choose from.
Provide PTO History for User Deleted Requests
This change updates the Time Off and Requests report to include requests that were deleted by the employee. The deleted time off requests will display as cancelled events. This change will be reflected on both the Web and Mobile versions of the report.
Certificate IDs: Visible on Employee Certification Report
The Employee Certification Report has been updated to include the new optional Certificate ID field.
Certificate IDs: Accepted by File Processors
File Processor has been updated to accept the new optional Certificate ID field.
Update Schedule Audit Export to Include All Fields
The Schedule Audit Export has been updated to include the “Add - In/Voluntary” and “Delete - In/Voluntary” fields that are currently available for display on the Schedule Audit Report.
