Overview
This article will provide an overview of the Messaging Bot and Live Chat feature on the Fourth Customer Success Portal. This has been introduced to help customers in a more efficient manner by finding the article that helps resolve a customer problem, or by directly chatting with an agent - without raising a ticket in the conventional way.
Live Chat is only available Monday - Friday:
- HotSchedules & PeopleMatter 7am - 7pm CST
- Fuego: 10am - 4pm CST
- WFM (UK) 9am - 5:30pm BST

Viewing Chat History
To view and manage ended chat sessions and standard customer support tickets, go to:
- My Activities when signed in on the Customer Success Portal

Hey my account says that it is unactive but my manager said on her end that I am active. I just need to know what I need to do. I deleted the app and redownload it and it's like nothing is working.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your account. If you have used HotSchedules at another store or job then it could be that you're logging in with those details. Try a different username and/or password. If you are unsure of your details your manager can tell you what your current username is of the active account and also send you a password reset link.
