Release Notes: P2P&I: Inventory: Show Alternatives and Purchasable Products for Site on Stock Count Screen

What's Changing?

This functionality will ensure that users will only see purchasable products and alternates for that site rather than seeing all units of measure on the Stock Count screen. 

On the Stock Count and Print Entry screens, only the size of the default unit of measure, the purchasable unit of measure and any alternates set will display for that site only.

Release Date: 22nd November 2018.

Reason for the Change

Previously, all units of measure would show on the Stock Count screen which was confusing for some users, particularly those with a number of alternates.

Release Notes

The path to the global setting is:

• Stock > Stock Settings > Stock Count Settings > Exclude Unpurchasable Product Sizes on Stock Count Screen

Use Case:

Product: A05UatTest, 250GR
Alternate Suppliers: Supplier 1, Supplier 2, supplier 3
Sites: Site 1, Site 2, Site 3, Site 4, Site 5

Worked Example:
 

Site 1

• Path: Stock Management > Stock Count > Select Site > Site 1 > select Input full Stock Count
• Expected value: Supplier 1 itemsize =2KG and unit Size = 250GR

Site 2

• Path: Stock management > Stock count> Select Site > Site 2 > select Input full Stock count
• Expected value: Supplier 2 item size =4KG and unit Size = 250GR

• Expected value: Supplier 3 item size =3KG and unit Size = 250GR
