Users of Purchasing & Inventory (formerly known as Adaco) sometimes encounter issues with logging in to the application. This is nearly always due to the web browser being used, as certain browsers are not compatible.
This article describes the issues that might be encountered and how to resolve them. It also confirms the web browsers that are compatitble.
Unable to Enter Login Credentials
The screenshot in Fig.1 below shows what a user might see when attempting to access Adaco when using Google Chrome. Notice that there are no fields for entering login credentials. The 'Install and enable ClickOnce plugin for Chrome' message should be ignored.

Because Adaco is built on the .NET development framework, it can only be launched from Microsoft Internet Explorer & Edge web browsers.
Please ignore any messages that say that Adaco can be used on Google Chrome.
