This brief document will explain what to do in the event of a password being forgotten.
- Go to https://secure.gooddata.com/ and use the Forgot Password? button at the bottom-right of the window.
- In the popup window, enter the same email address used for Fourth Analytics registration and click Reset.
An email will be sent straight away to that address, containing instructions for how to reset the password. If not received immediately please check junk/spam email folders before contacting Fourth. The email will come from a GoodData account.
