How to set up Grievance Levels

The system comes with two Grievance Levels as standard: Grievance and Serious Grievance. To add additional levels select Create Grievance Level (as in Fig.2).

Enter the Description for the Grievance and the Severity level (as in Fig.3). There can only be one description assigned to each severity level, this means that to insert one at level 1, level 2 and 3 would firstly need to be amended to be level 3 and 4, to free up level 1. Click 'Alert?' if employee’s set up to receive Warning alerts should see that this warning has been created.

Levels can be deleted, as long as no employees have had that level of warning yet (as in Fig. 4).

To amend a level, simply select it from the list, remembering to save any changes (as in Fig. 5).

How to create a Grievance within an employee's record
HR ˃ Employees ˃ Employee List ˃ search and click on the employee ˃ Employee HR Info ˃ Grievances ˃ Create a New Grievance
Complete the details of the Grievance and save (as in Fig. 6).
