Overview
The Feedback link allows for one-way emails to be sent from Fourth’s HR & Payroll solution to any person or department configured to receive them.
Multiple emails can be entered in the system to display when ‘Feedback’ is selected. A description can be added so the user knows who to email for various queries.
Creating a Feedback Email
This area can be used to set up any important contacts that may be required whilst using HR & Payroll.
Please Note: Up to 25 email addresses can be entered.
A 'Feedback Form' will display.

Creating a Feedback Email
- From the HR Module, select Administration and then Feedback Email

This area can be used to set up any important contacts that may be required whilst using HR & Payroll.
- Enter an Email Address
- Add a Description - this will determine how the contact will display on the Feedback options
- Save

Please Note: Up to 25 email addresses can be entered.
- The Feedback email can be sent by selecting Feedback at the top of the screen
A 'Feedback Form' will display.
- Enter any relevant feedback and comments
- Select the applicable Contact
- Select Send
