The # symbol isn’t officially called hashtag or pound. Its technical name is octothorpe. The “octo-” means “eight” to refer to its points, though reports disagree on where “-thorpe” came from.

Post Forecast 

We are excited to bring you a new cool feature. If you are using Clarifi Forecasting with Clarifi Labor, you will now be able to lock your forecast by using the Post Forecast feature. With a posted forecast you will be able to see the same numbers in both the Forecast Dashboard and the Scheduler in Labor.

We also added alerts for when you are editing a posted forecast. The warnings are when you add, edit, or delete an adjustment, event, or promotion.
