This article will help you on how to Add a shift to an employee who is already scheduled on both iOS and Android devices. Make sure you are on the mobile version 4.99.0 or higher.

Navigate to the Roster tab select the day you need to add a shift to an employee who is already scheduled. You will be able to add the shift from the edit screen or the Roster. Remember you will be only able to add shifts to schedules that are posted.
iOS - Select Add another shift at the bottom of the screen or select the '+' sign next to the filter icon.
Android - Select the '+' sign on the bottom right corner of the Roster or edit shift screen
The extra shift information will appear below the existing shift, you will be able to edit the in-time, out-time, schedule, job and location. You will also be able to delete shift. Once you are done, select Save on iOS or select the check mark on Android to keep your changes.
