The Message Settings page will allow you to easily adjust your communication and notification settings in regards to HotSchedules messages and email.
General Settings refers to how you’re notified of messages sent through the Messaging tab.
Notification Settings refers to what modules you receive notifications for. By default, Schedule Updates, Shift Transactions, and Manager Approvals will always be sent as an HS Message, but you can also opt to have them sent to your personal email. It should be noted that when you select to have a notification sent to your personal email, the HS Message option will be automatically checked as it’s the HS message that actually generates the email.
Marketing Notifications allows you to opt out of promotional communications. Clicking the Privacy Policy link will take you to a website with more information. It should be noted however that there is a line in the description of this section which points out that if you choose not to receive marketing notifications about other HotSchedules products, you could still receive email and SMS notifications from HotSchedules regarding your account.

Hi, would you please elaborate on what is a "quick reply" and how that differs from say, a normal reply? What changes if I tick the box to enable "Use Quick Reply" under the General Settings of the Message Settings page.
