Clarifi widgets are cards which appear on your Home page and display quick looks into various metrics and items that might affect your store(s). New widgets are always being added, but the currently-available widgets are as follows:
- My To-Do's
- Overdue Workflow Items
- Temperature Beacons
- Events Calendar
- Staff Schedule
The information provided within each card is based on which store(s) you're logged into. For example, if you are logged into two stores, and you have 3 overdue tasks in one and 2 in the other, the Overdue Workflow Items widget will display 5. This article will cover each widget.
To-Do's are items you can assign to yourself or others and they aren't tied to Tasks the way Follow-Ups are. The My To-Do's widget on the Home screen will display the To-Do's assigned to you based on their due date.
You can either complete a To-Do by checking the corresponding box in the condensed version of the widget, or you can do it from the expanded the view. When the widget is expanded, you can also view who created the To-Do, who it was assigned to, and when it's due. Notice the expanded view separates the To-Do's assigned to you from the To-Do's assigned to others. Additionally, you can click the carrot to the right of each To-Do to view and leave comments for a particular To-Do.
Additionally, you can click the carrot to the right of each To-Do to view and leave comments for a particular To-Do.
To create a new To-Do, simply click the + on the condensed version of the widget.
Follow-Ups are tied to Tasks and can either be personally assigned to users or they can be automatically triggered based on entries made.
The Follow-Ups widget will display any Follow-Ups you have created or have been assigned to you. The condensed version of the widget will display all assigned Follow-Ups along with the Follow-Ups you've completed on the current day.
By expanding the widget, you are able to view more information for each Follow-Up including who created it, who it's assigned to, and when it's due. From here, you are able to mark it as complete (A), or you can click the carrot on the right (B) to view more information about a specific Follow-Up.
By clicking the carrot, you are able to view the name of the Task the Follow-Up was created from (A), leave a comment for the Follow-Up or view any comments that have already been added (B), and the same information provided on the previous page. To return the previous page, click the back arrow in the upper, left-hand corner.
The Overdue Workflow Items widget allows you to view the overdue Workflow Items and Tasks for each store you're logged into for the past 24 hours.
By clicking the expansion in the lower, right-hand corner of the widget, you are able to view more details about which Workflow Items are overdue and which incomplete Tasks caused the Workflow Item to miss its due date.
Anytime a temperature is out of tolerance, you will have the option of creating a Follow-up. The process is the same as it is when creating Follow-Ups for Tasks.
The Events Calendar widget displays any events that are scheduled for the day which are created using the Calendar tool in the side navigation. If there aren't any events, you will still have the option to quickly access the Calendar to create one.
When events have been scheduled, they will display on the widget with a colored indicator for the type of event they are.
To view more information about the day's events, either click an event in the list or the expand button in the lower, right-hand corner of the widget. Once expanded, the description for each event will display if one was provided when the event was created along with the the label assigned to the event (e.g. Promotions & Events, Manager, etc.)
With the Weather widget, you can view a seven-day forecast for the current week including the current day.
The Staff Schedule widget allows you to view the current day's schedule for your store. The collapsed version of the widget displays how many people are scheduled, how many people are scheduled at the current time, and what the labor percentage is for the day. Labor percentage is calculated by (Projected Labor Cost) divided by (Projected Sales).
By expanding the widget, you are able to view the entire current-day schedule for the store. If viewing the widget on a tablet or a larger screen, you will see a real-time display of who is scheduled, what their scheduled shifts are, and a rolling line showing how far into a shift you are. The dropdown in the upper, left-hand corner allows you to jump to a specific schedule or job to view their respected employees. Additionally, a breakdown of the labor percentage will display to the right for the day and each schedule and job.
On mobile phone devices, the widget displays the same information with the exception of the rolling timeline.
When a daily Workflow Item is assigned to you, the Assignment widget will keep a tally for you so you know how many items need your attention.
When you have been assigned to a Workflow Item, a silhouette icon will appear at the bottom of the Workflow Item. When you have been assigned to a specific Task within the Workflow Item, the silhouette icon will appear to the right of the Workflow Item. As you complete Workflow Items where you have some sort of assignment, he Assignment widget will reflect how many you have left.
When all items have been addressed, the widget will reflect that as well.
