With the April 26, 2018 Clarifi Foundation release, HotSchedules has, once again, developed new features and functionality that facilitate consistency and standardization throughout a restaurant.
New Features
We have two new available Insights! With our 2 new Comps and Voids Awareness Insights, you can tackle those training opportunities and help your employees become the best they can be. To read more about the employee-specific Insight, click HERE. Click HERE for the menu item-specific Insight.
Follow-Ups and Assignments have their own widgets so you can easily view what specific items you need to address. And the best part? You don't need to do a thing to get these up and running!
Additionally, the To-Do widget is now the My To-Do's widget. To-Do's are items you can assign to yourself or others and they aren't tied to Tasks the way Follow-Ups are. The widget will display the To-Do's assigned to you based on their due date.

Enhancements
Now you can configure your Tasks to trigger Corrective Actions such as a Follow-Up or more Tasks when an out-of-tolerance, or non-preferred entry is made.
