How does HotSchedules calculate my monthly bill?
HotSchedules calculates your bill on a monthly basis, based on the number of unique, active employees who have been assigned at least one shift during that period. In other words, you are billed for only the employees who are scheduled. Billing period will start the day you sign up and end the same day of the following month. Ex. Sign up on July 4th, next billing period starts August 4th and you will be billed from 7/4-8/3.

What does my monthly bill payment cover?
After your free trial period ends, your monthly payment authorizes you to use HotSchedules as much as you need for the next full month.
Will I lose any of my free trial if I upgrade before the trial expires?
No. If you upgrade to a paid plan before your free trial expires, you will not be charged for using HotSchedules during the remainder of your trial. When the trial ends, your credit card will be charged at the end of the next billing period.
How does the Promotion code work?
The code is embedded in your sign up link. You will need to enter your credit card information to activate the code. Your billing statement will show $0 until the promotional period is over.
What happens if I cancel my account in the middle of the billing cycle?
If you cancel HotSchedules between billing dates, your HotSchedules account will set as inactive on the day of the cancellation and billing will stop. To learn how to cancel follow this page.
Does my monthly billing invoice include state taxes?
Yes. Your taxes will be calculated according to the state or local tax law for the physical address on your HotSchedules account.
