As a store-level manager, you can easily complete Task Lists that have been assigned to your location. Each Task List will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen, and when selected, the individual Tasks within will display on the right. The display will default to the current day’s list of Task Lists, but can be changed by clicking the date dropdown (A). A progress box in the upper, right-hand corner (B) will keep you informed of how many Tasks of the total have been completed. An overflow menu (C) on each Task allows the addition of Follow-ups and Comments to that Task.
There is not a Save or Submit button, so you can quickly go from Task to Task simply by clicking the field, entering the data, and continuing. Once you click outside a Task, the completed Task will turn green and will be accompanied with the date and time it was completed along with the user who completed it.
By clicking the overflow menu, you can assign a Follow-up to another user, or you can leave a comment about the Task.
