In Inventory, the adjustment feature will be used to change the on-hand stock for any item that has previously been received or counted. There are two different adjustment types in Inventory:
- Waste. This type of adjustment will be used to cover any time that Inventory is depleted due to it being expired or damaged. When this adjustment is selected users will have recipes and items available for them to choose from.
- Other. This type of adjustment can be used for things like correcting an inaccurate inventory count. Users will only be able to choose inventory items for these adjustments.
The adjustment page will be accessed by opening the side navigation menu, selecting Inventory, and choosing the Adjust subtab.
