What's Changing?
A new report called Suggested Order Audit Report has been added.
Reason for the Change
The report shows the information and calculations used to populate Suggested Orders, allowing users to better understand the items and quantities included in their suggested orders.

Customers using Suggested Orders functionality.
Release Note Info/Steps
- The new report is found in the Reporting > Forecast section
- When running the report, the Order Date for the suggested orders can be selected. As suggested orders are generated for 'today' and the next 3 days, those will be the available dates
- There is also a filter to select which Category of products to include in the report

The report will return the following data points:
- Ingredient Name - the name of the orderable product
- Marked For Suggested Order - if an item is not marked for suggested orders then it will not be included in suggested orders and all other fields in the report will be null
- Preferred Supplier - the preferred supplier for the item
- Supplier Assigned To Site - if the preferred supplier is not assigned to the site then no suggested orders will be created for this item
- Forecast Qty (A) - the forecast consumption of the item
- Stock On Hand (B) - the current stock on hand
- Pending Delivery Qty (C) - the amount of the item on order due for delivery prior to the suggested order delivery date
- Safety Stock Qty (D) - the amount of safety stock required to be maintained for the item
- Suggested Order in Inventory Units (A-B-C+D) - the calculated order quantity in inventory units being forecasted qty less stock on hand, less pending deliveries plus the safety stock
- Inventory Unit - a description of the inventory unit
- Conversion factor - how many inventory units there are in each purchase unit
- Qty in Purchase Units - the required quantity expressed in purchase units, being the qty in inventory units x the conversion factor
- Purchase Unit - a description of the purchase unit
- Min Order - any specified minimum order quantity - suggested orders will be rounded up to this quantity if lower than the minimum order quantity
- Max Order Qty - any specified maximum order quantity - suggested orders will be capped at this quantity is higher than the maximum order quantity
- Suggested Order Qty in Purchase Units - the final order quantity taking into consideration the min and max order quantities
