What's Changing?

Redesign of the Payroll module's user interface on the following pages:

• Full Payment Submission (FPS)
  • View Errors
  • Corrections to a Previous Tax Year FPS
  • Add Employees to Correction FPS
  • Import File for FPS Correction

Reason for the Change

To give the product a more modern look and feel, and to improve the overall user experience.

All customers using the Payroll module.

Please note: There may be other minor changes to the Payroll module that are not detailed in this document.

Full Payment Submission (FPS)

• To access the Full Payment Submission (FPS), go to Payroll > HMRC Data Exchange > Full Payment Submission (FPS)

The classic UI page is shown in Fig.1.

Full Payment Submission (FPS) - View Errors

• To access the FPS View Errors, go to Payroll > HMRC Data Exchange > Full Payment Submission (FPS) > Select Fail - View Errors button on any failed FPS

• To access the FPS Corrections, go to Payroll > HMRC Data Exchange > Full Payment Submission (FPS) > Corrections To A Previous Tax Year FPS (EYU Replacement)
