What's Changing?

Images captured in the Receiving app are now shown against GRNs.

Reason for the Change

To assist with receiving and/or invoice reconciliation.

Customers Affected

Customers who use the Receiving app.

If customers are using Trade Simple in conjunction with either Inventory or Adaco then any images captured in the Receiving app will be visible in either Inventory or Adaco.

The following relates to customers who use Trade Simple in isolation.

Release Note Info/Steps

As per this release note it is now possible to capture images in the Receiving app.

Any images captured in the Receiving app will be recorded in Trade Simple against the GRN.

When viewing GRNs on the 'Document Search' page, there is a new Attachments option (Fig.1) shown against any GRNs that have images associated with them (Fig.2).

• Selecting Attachments against a GRN will open a window listing any attachments
• Selecting View will open that attachment in your default web browser
