As part of our continued effort to improve our Infrastructure security and reliability, our North America (NA) Data Centre provider will be undertaking some scheduled multi-phased intrusive maintenance to the infrastructure that underpins the Fourth North America (NA) Region.

Maintenance Impact:
The following Fourth Products and services will be inaccessible for all North America (NA) users using Fourth SSO for the duration of the maintenance window:

- Only customers accessing Hotschedules via the Global Profile (Fourth SSO)
- All customers accessing Hotschedules via other methods will remain unaffected.
- All affected Hotschedules customers will be notified via the standard ‘Pre-load’ via their respective portals.

General
- Fourth Integration APIs and services may experience service interruptions for the duration of the maintenance.
- All internal Fourth APIs behind Oauth will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
- Fourth SFPs and FTPs will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
- Exports to Fourth Analytics are not expected to be impacted during this period, however, any identified will be rescheduled to after the maintenance window.
- The system for cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.
- Direct access to core Fourth Applications will be limited, and interruptions are expected to internal services and APIs.
- Any jobs, imports/exports, and scheduled tasks scheduled during this period will be delayed until after the maintenance is complete.
