Prevent Change of Product Alternative Issue Size

What's Changing?
New functionality that stops alternative issue sizes from being amended if a product is in use on a stock count.
Reason for the Change
To prevent inaccuracies in stock count values and quantities

Release Note Info/Steps
- In Enterprise Manager, go to Master Product List, search for and select the required product
- Then go to the Edit Product tab
If the product is in use on a stock count, the Use Alternative Issuing Unit tickbox will be unavailable, and the message 'Stock Count entered against this issuing unit' will be displayed. In the example shown below in Fig.1, the product has an alternative issuing unit for 'Bottle' (instead of 'Case') but it is not available to be selected (greyed out).

- To see a list of sites where that product is used, select the icon next to the 'Stock Count entered against this issuing unit' message

Once the period in question is approved or you clear the value you can then amend the qty again.
Copy Import and Sale Type Conversion Rules

What's Changing?
New Copy API Rules Functionality.
Reason for the Change
Currently, setting API rules needs to be done manually, site by site. Copying rules from one site to others will help save time and improve the consistency of settings.

Release Note Info/Steps
- In Enterprise Manager, go to System Administration > EPOS Interface > Import Rules

Select the type of EPOS rules to copy by selecting the relevant tab:

or - Sale Type Conversion Rules

First, select the required site from the drop-down and then Go
- Against Copy rules from: select the site to copy from
- Then to clone rules from that site to the currently selected one, select Copy Rules
Only Revenue Centre and Category Code rules will be copied to the site.

Please note: The 'copy rules' functionality will only appear for sites where no rules have been set up.
- To amend a site where rules are currently set up, these will either need to be done manually or all associated rules for that site will need to be deleted to make 'copy rules' available
- The Location Rule and the Rules Enabled tick boxes will still need to be set for the copied-to site manually for the API rules functionality to work
Sale Type Conversion Rules
If your organisation is configured to allow sale Type Conversion Rules, these can also be copied from one site to another.

First, select the required site from the drop-down and then Go
- Against Copy Sales Type rules from: select the site to copy from
- Then to clone rules from that site to the currently selected one, select Copy Sales Type Rules

These rules will now be copied over to the selected site.
Please note: For these rules to process, actual API feed import rules need to be set up and enabled.
