- Enabled by default? - Yes
- Set up by customer admin? - No
- Enable via support ticket? - No
- Affects configuration or data? - No
What's Changing?
Full stock counts and line checks have now been decoupled so they can be managed independently.
Reason for the Change
Full stock counts and line checks are separate functions designed for different purposes so should work independently of each other.
Customers Affected
Inventory customers who use line checks.
Release Note Info/Steps
Previously, selecting Stock Management > Stock Count > Clear Entire Stock Count would clear all counts, including any entered in a line check. Now, counts will only be cleared from the stock count - any counts in line checks will remain.
Previously, when a new full stock count was started, any counts entered against line checks were carried over to the new stock count. Now, counts in line checks will not be carried over to stock counts.
