Logbook allows users to attach files to Store Log posts. These files can then be viewed and downloaded by other users that have access to the Logbook at the location. To learn more about how to attach a file to a Store Logs post, go here.
Follow these steps to view Store Log Attachments:
- Log into HotSchedules and go to the Logbook tab. This will open up the Store Logs interface.
- Posts that have an attachment will show on this page with a paperclip icon. Clicking on the post will display its contents and the file name that has been attached to it.
- To download the file attached to the store log post, click the file name.
- Store Log attachments can also be viewed from the mobile application for both Android and iOS.
