The styling and content of all emails sent from Recruit have been updated.
Previously, managers were required to claim a store when signing into Recruit for the first time through HotSchedules before they would receive a Welcome email, but now the dependency of that claimed store has been removed, and a Welcome email will be sent if the claiming process fails for any particular reason.
The Referral Request email will display the user's information along with a Dismiss and Recommend option.
The Connection Request email is sent out when users request to be connected to others. The email will show who is making the request, their information, and an Accept and Decline button.
When users receive messages within Recruit, they will receive the Received Message email and can see who the sender was, his/her information, the body of the message, and the recipient will have an option to reply to the sender.
Users are informed their account has been suspended with the Suspended Account email. It explains that the terms of service were violated, and provides information on how to contact the Customer Care team for further clarification.
The Manager’s Weekly Summary report will no longer show a Connections Updates section, nor will it display new candidates according to what job they applied for. Depending on the what is being reported for each manager, users will see a maximum of four new candidates and/or suggested connections with the option to view more if more exist, and clicking on a user in the email will log the manager into the store they applied to.
A jobseeker who registers with Recruit will receive the Welcome email with the option to register an email address.
Currently-employed HotSchedules users can register for Recruit as well with their HotSchedules login credentials, and they will also receive a Welcome email that allows them to verify their email address.
Similarly to the Manager’s Weekly Summary email managers receive, a Weekly Summary email is sent to registered employees and unemployed jobseekers as well.
When a manager invites a jobseeker to apply for to a position, the jobseeker will receive the Invitation to Apply email which will contain the store logo, a message, and the option to view or apply.
Jobseekers have the ability to follow stores, so when one of those stores has an opening, the jobseeker will receive the Jobs Nearby email letting them know the position available, with an opportunity to view more details or to apply to the job.
When jobseekers apply for a job through Recruit, they will receive an Application Received email with the company and position they applied to, as well as a few other opportunities in their area.
Whether managers register for Recruit through their HotSchedules accounts, or manually from the site, they will receive the same Welcome email asking them to verify their account, along with the necessary steps needed to get started.
HotSchedules users with a valid email address will receive a Welcome email to help them set up a Recruit profile which allows them to connect with others.
The New Jobs Nearby weekly email is sent to jobseekers who have elected to receive the email in their settings. The email will display a few nearby jobs with a View and Apply button for each.
Users recently terminated from HotSchedules will receive the Terminated Employee email which advertises Recruit as a way for them to search nearby jobs by creating a profile.
The Forgot Password email will be sent to jobseekers who select the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen, and will contain an option for them to reset it.
Users are able to change their email address, but they must confirm the change by clicking a link in the Confirm New Email Address email.
