Email Redesigns
The styling and content of all emails sent from Recruit have been updated.
Previously, managers were required to claim a store when signing into Recruit for the first time through HotSchedules before they would receive a Welcome email, but now the dependency of that claimed store has been removed, and a Welcome email will be sent if the claiming process fails for any particular reason.
The Referral Request email will display the user's information along with a Dismiss and Recommend option. | ![]() |

The Connection Request email is sent out when users request to be connected to others. The email will show who is making the request, their information, and an Accept and Decline button. |
When users receive messages within Recruit, they will receive the Received Message email and can see who the sender was, his/her information, the body of the message, and the recipient will have an option to reply to the sender. | ![]() |

Users are informed their account has been suspended with the Suspended Account email. It explains that the terms of service were violated, and provides information on how to contact the Customer Care team for further clarification. |
The Manager’s Weekly Summary report will no longer show a Connections Updates section, nor will it display new candidates according to what job they applied for. Depending on the what is being reported for each manager, users will see a maximum of four new candidates and/or suggested connections with the option to view more if more exist, and clicking on a user in the email will log the manager into the store they applied to. | ![]() |
