The Profile area continues to receive updates including viewing the profile details, other users’ profiles, and Connections.

Cropping Tool Improvements
Improvements have been made to the Cropping Tool when uploading a profile image. Recruit allows .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif files no greater than 4 MB in size. Once uploaded, users can move the cropping circle over their image, and zoom in or out by clicking the corners of the tool. Users are able to expand the circle to the edges of the original photo, but are not able to decrease the size to less than 320 x 320 pixels.

Connection and Referral JSPs
Previously, when users received a Recruit email asking them to respond to various actions, clicking the links in that email brought the users to a JSP asking them to accept or deny the action. Now, instead of being presented with a dead-end screen, the users are taken to directly into the Recruit web app.
