Within Logbook Store Logs, users have the ability to attach files to Daily Log and Staff Journal entries. This can include images or documents. Once a file has been attached to a particular post, other users can download it from the entry.

Adding Attachments
Once you have created a Store Log entry, select it in the left panel to display all the details.
If you are the author of the post, an option called Attachment will appear in the top right corner of the entry. This will allow you to select the file from your computer to attach.
The attachment will then be available to download from the post.
Attachments can also be added to replies on Store Logs. Select the three dot menu to the right of any of your replies and click Attachment.
Note: If the entry has been viewed by another user or is older than 24 hours, it cannot be edited. This includes adding attachments, so in that case, a user would need to reply to the entry. Then add an attachment to that reply.
The following are accepted file formats for Store Log attachments:
- JPG
- GIF
- PNG
- TXT
- PDF
- DOC/DOCx
- PPT/PPTX
- XLS/XLSX
