New Registration Layout
Registering for Recruit just received a huge facelift. When Jobseekers who aren’t already registered to use Recruit find a job they want to apply to, they can simply click Apply.

By clicking Apply, Jobseekers are presented with a new Sign-Up Panel, which includes all previous options such as the ability to sign up with Facebook, and using the user’s HotSchedules credentials.

Upon signing up, Jobseekers will view a two-pane page with general communication and instructions in the left pane, and information to complete in the right pane.

Gone are the days when Jobseekers could submit an application without providing some basic information. If any of the fields are blank, the user will receive a note asking him/her to complete all required fields before the application will officially be submitted, and the user can continue to setting up the profile.

Users can upload a photo, or import one from Facebook.

The next step is to list previous employers to spruce up the Jobseeker’s profile. Once added, the listing can be edited to update the title held and the time the user was employed there.

The final steps in setting up the profile is to add any Certifications the user might have, to list any other jobs he/she is interested in for future suggestions, and to include an optional personal bio.
