New Features & Improvements | Web
The side panel has been updated by replacing the Candidate Search menu item with a Find Talent option. Within it, several updates have been made such as updating the Search and Filter fields to be more cohesive with the Pay-Per-Applicant model.
Find Talent for Basic Jobs
When a Manager posts a Basic Job, he/she will now see a limited preview of the Find Talent feature. Managers will not be able to invite suggested candidates unless they upgrade and post a Plus Job.
Find Talent: No Suggested Candidates Found
When a user attempts to filter candidates by job, and that job doesn’t currently have any suggested candidates, a page will display to inform the user.
Find Talent: Job Interests Column
The Job Interests column has been removed from the Candidate List since Managers will only be able to search for Candidates with an “Interest” that matches one of their posted jobs.
When reposting a job, managers are no longer able to change the position title. A new position will need to be created.
Pay Per Applicant Layout and Performance
Several visual improvements and behaviors have been made to the user interface of the Pay Per Applicant portion of Recruit such as proper alignment of tabs, etc.
Email Styling and Job List Performance on Mobile Browsers
General performance has been improved so the Job List displays correctly on mobile browsers.
Link to the App Stores
Job seekers on the web now have a link to the Google and Apple app stores in the side menu once they’re logged in.
Updates to the Payment Screen
In an effort to provide more transparency, information has been added to the Payment Screen.
Updated Indicator for Unreviewed Candidates and Messages
The indicator for unreviewed candidates and unread messages has been changed to red so users are more aware of what needs their attention.
Applying for Jobs

Updated Forgot Password Page
The password-reset flow has been updated when Job seekers attempt to log into Recruit, but can’t remember their password. By submitting their email address, Job seekers will receive instructions on how to reset their password.
Updated Terms of Service
The Terms of Service link in the Job seeker sign-up page will no longer display the terms in a modal, but rather a separate page.
