More Profile Redesigns
The 1.54 Release introduced the redesign of the Job Search area. As part of those updates, various aspects of the profile interface had been updated as well. With the 1.55 Release, more updates to the profile have been made including how the profile appears to other users that might want to connect.
Whether users are on the web or a mobile device, when they click another user’s profile, they can view their information (profile picture, location, work history, etc.).
From there, they can connect with the user, or disconnect from a 3-dot menu if they are already connected.
The Certifications section allows users to add and edit their certifications.
Updating the Skills section is as simple as checking the boxes next to the previous positions held.
Users can use the About section to provide employers a more detailed look into who they are, and what kind of experience they have.
More Job Search Redesigns
As stated above, the 1.54 Release introduced the redesign of the Job Search area, and with this current Release, more updates been made.
Users attempting to apply for jobs, but don’t have Recruit accounts, are able to create a new account, and will be able to log in going forward, with their Facebook login credentials.
If a HotSchedules user with an email associated with his/her account signs up for Recruit, the email address will be pre-populated. The user will only be asked to verify the address in Recruit if it hasn’t already been verified in HotSchedules.
In the event that a user’s search for a job doesn’t yield any results, a message will display with a few suggestions why that may be the case.
Various styling issues have been addressed including updating headers, default avatars, spellings, and colors throughout.
Profile Wizard for HotSchedules Users
HotSchedules users with active HotSchedules accounts will be presented with the Recruit Profile Wizard when they register using their HotSchedules credentials.
