New Features
Transaction Level Alerting
Until now, Alerts were generated based on the aggregated value of a KPI for the entire business day only. For example, for an Alert such as "When Discount Total > $100", the Alert would be triggered when the total discounts for the business day reached the 100-dollars threshold. It was impossible to create an Alert to notify users when a single transaction had a high discount.
We have enhanced the Alert Builder and added a new clause which allows the user to select if the Alert must be applied at a Business Day level, or at a SalesTransaction / Timecard / SalesItem level (depending on the KPI selected).

When creating an Alert for a “SalesTransaction” or “Timecard,” the "Is" field accepts only a comparison with a constant value, or with another KPI based on the same type selected in the "For a" field. For example, if I create an Alert for a SalesTransaction, I can only see other KPIs which are also based on the SalesTransaction type in the "Is" field.
In the example above, an Alert will be triggered each time a Discount Total for a SalesTransaction is greater than $20. By clicking on the Alert (1), the user will be redirected to the Transaction Docket containing the excessive discount.

Work-Week Start Day Customization
Previously, the “Weekly” view in Reveal could not be customized; KPIs for the aggregated weekly view were calculated off weeks that started on Sunday, but a new Settings option in the KPI Builder allows users to define which day their weeks begin.

Please note that if the week-start day is updated for an existing Namespace, the change will only affect future KPIs/reports.
Once the week-start is updated in the KPI Builder, Reveal aggregates weekly data according to the Setting.
