In Store Logs, users have the ability to create new entries. These entries can be written for either the Staff Journal or the Daily Log.
To create a new entry in Logbook, follow these steps:
- Log into your HotSchedules account and go to the Logbook tab. Select the sub tab that says Store Logs.
- On the Store Logs page, select the button that says Create Entry. This is where you can specify the module you would like to make the entry for.
- After selecting the type of entry you would like to make, a window will appear. Here you can set the entry date and details about the post you are making
- Once you have specified the text and details of your entry, select Send. This will post it to the module that you selected.
